Our Faculty is strongly focused on providing our students with a rich and rewarding learning experience, and has identified three key objectives to do this:
Objective One Enhance the student experience
Emphasis on improving student experience through developing a learning community inclusive of staff and students in the Faculty.
Objective Two Improve teaching quality
Emphasis on improving teaching quality through a number of initiatives including:
- Recognition and awards for excellence in teaching
- Funding for teaching and learning research
- Lecture series and support for sessional Staff
- Peer reflection of teaching
Objective Three Continue to build links between teaching and research
Building on our research strength to ensure students are aware and excited by staff research activities.
