Peer reflection in teaching

The Faculty is trialling a new peer reflection initiative for teaching staff and you are invited to become part of it.

This initiative has been created to improve the feedback cycle and to offer teaching staff the opportunity to participate in a flexible and responsive professional development scheme.

Through exposure to different methods of teaching and gaining feedback on their own practice, the initiative aims to improve the individual's perception of their own pedagogy.

Watch the peer reflection workshop.
