Applying for credit

When you return from Bergamo, apply for credit by completing an advanced standing form and submitting it to your Student Office.

* Notes about credit:

Students must have relevant space remaining in their degree to be able to receive credit. This is assessed during the Faculty Pre-Approval Form stage.

Italian in Action can be credited towards an Italian major as a language unit (ie. ITAL2403, ITAL3405, etc) but not as a specialist cultural unit (ie. ITAL2811, ITAL3813, etc).

When credited as broadening towards a Bachelor degree, Italian in Action is considered 'Category A' from the 'Society and Culture' area of knowledge.

Italian in Action is equivalent to 1 unit (6 credit points).
