This graduate diploma provides the specialist practical skills and knowledge required to be employed in, or to lead students to, higher-degree research in the field of maritime archaeology.

This course is taught by archaeologists at both the University of Western Australia (UWA) and The Department of Maritime Archaeology, Western Australian Museum (WAMM).

The graduate diploma is intended for people who already hold a degree but who wish to undertake further study so that they can obtain advanced qualifications in a specific area of expertise.
