All practicum supervisors are required to submit an evaluation of their student's performance during their placement to the Arts Practicum Co-ordinator.

Supervisors have the option of keeping their evaluation confidential although we strongly encourage supervisors to openly discuss the student's performance during the practicum. This evaluation can be used as a performance development review tool. It should not however be given directly to the student.

This evaluation is used to determine the student's result for the Arts Practicum unit, so it is vital that the information is received immediately after the student has completed their placement. Your attention to this time restriction is much appreciated.
